Designed in France by Parisian startup Skwheel, the Skwheel One package consists of two motorized “skis” along with a wireless handheld remote, this electric ski is a genre all its own.

Like all electric vehicles, the Skwheel One electric ski uses a battery to power it. Fortunately, they are very light, weighing only 1.2 kg, so they can be used interchangeably. The SKWHEEL offers 30 km of urban skiing on a single charge. For longer routes, users can easily replace the removable batteries.

If no spare battery is available, a 2-hour quick charge prepares the SKWHEEL for the next adventure. 300W/h per battery. Each ski has one wheel at the front and one at the back, each wheel in turn contains a 600-watt hub motor, giving both skis a combined power of 2,400 watts.

Combining micro-mobility and outdoor recreation

The wheels are clad in pneumatic all-terrain tires, allowing the skis to be used both on- and off-road. For secure footing, Skwheel uses a snowboard-inspired binding system, ensu-ring excellent foot hold for total control during your ride.
