Designed by Spanish designer Miguel Angel Bahri the motorcycle is quite an exercise in styling, looking like something out of a futuristic sci-fi movie. This motorcycle concept is not the work of Porsche, but an individual creation of Miguel Angel Bahri. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Porsche 911 Turbo, 918 Spyder and 919, Miguel designed the motorcycle that represents the possibilities of an entry-level two-wheeled electric motorcycle in the distant future.

The 160 horses of this motorcycle come from an electric motor powered by a 20 kWh battery. The battery is mounted in the center of the bike for durability, and the whole layout is designed to run. The “gas tank” opens like the wings of a beetle, exposing the interior space to store your full-face helmet, like Tron and other goodies you may have around.

The concept bike was designed with a swingarm front suspension and a centre hub steering to keep the centre of gravity low. The concept features Le Mans-style doors housing the charging system, batteries and a luggage compartment as well.

There are few details with the press release. But we do know that features include hub-centre steering, a luggage compartment , an onboard GPS device, and the usual bells and whistles intended to make this motorcycle internet ready, etc.

This is my vision of a Porsche electric motorcycle, I made this project for the subject “Two Wheels Project”. The brief consisted of making a pure electric motorcycle concept, as close to reality as possible. I chose the Porsche 911 turbo, 917, 918 & 919 as main inspirations.

It’s called the 618 because it would be the entry level two wheels vehicle for the brand. I wanted to represent the spirit and character of Porsche in this Futuristic-looking, pure electric and exclusive power cruiser. Updates will be adding soon, as I’m working on the “RS” Version.
